CONFRONTATION BEGINS
Larry storms into the living room, his face red with anger. Bethany is on the couch, surprised by his sudden entrance.
LARRY: How could you slam the door on Brooke like that?
BETHANY: I… I didn’t mean to, it was an accident!
THE BLAME
Larry clenches his fists, pacing back and forth. The tension in the room rises.
LARRY: An accident? Her ankle is bruised, Bethany! You need to take responsibility.
BETHANY: I said I’m sorry! I didn’t know she was there!
EMOTIONS EXPLODE
Bethany tries to explain, but Larry cuts her off, his voice sharp.
LARRY: That’s not enough! Actions have consequences, and this can’t happen again.
BETHANY: I understand… I’ll apologize to Brooke.
THE APOLOGY
Bethany looks down, ashamed. She picks up her phone, planning to call Brooke.
LARRY: Don’t just say it. Mean it. Make sure she knows you’re truly sorry.
BETHANY: I will. I promise.
FINAL WARNING
Larry shakes his head slowly, calming down slightly but still serious.
LARRY: And Bethany… next time, think before you act. I don’t want to see anyone get hurt again.
BETHANY: I understand, Larry. I’ll be careful.
AFTERMATH
Bethany sits silently, reflecting on her mistake. Larry leaves the room, tension still lingering, but a small sense of relief in the air.
LARRY: Remember this. It’s about respect and care, not anger.
BETHANY: I’ll remember.
The camera lingers on Brooke’s ankle, swollen and red, as Bethany’s face fills with guilt. Will she ever make it right?…
